I am pursuing a path toward becoming a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a focus on supporting older adults and individuals navigating life transitions. With a background in psychology and hands-on experience in dementia care and therapeutic programming, I bring both empathy and practical skills to the work. My approach blends traditional clinical training with mindfulness, holistic therapies, and expressive arts, creating space for healing that honors the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
